1) God is not like us, we are made in His image, but we are not God.
2) Left to our own devices, we tend to whittle God down to a size we can deal with.
3) We need to see clearly that God reveals Himself to us - in creation, all around us, in His Son, Jesus.
While my mind tends to turn to the magnificent views of creation (the Grand Canyon, or stars in the sky, or amazing waterfalls), as I was going through some pictures I had taken over the last week, I came across one of a dead moth...

| This moth was probably about 4" across - a large moth, but small in comparison to the stars or the Grand Canyon, and yet... the amazing beauty in that small package, so beautifully painted by the Creator! |
