Our second Nomad-iversary!

On October 10, 2015, we moved into Miss Doozie full time - today marks two years of living fulltime in an RV, and we are still enjoying it!

We are in Seaside, Oregon.

We have a nice spot here at the Seaside Thousand Trails - on a corner, with a nice side yard.

It is chilly and rainy here, but we need to stay in this area as we're waiting for packages that are due to be delivered to the Seaside Post Office. Two of the packages are already there, and two more are supposed to be delivered tomorrow...

Unfortunately, one of the packages has been at the UPS facility in Commerce City, Colorado, since Friday, 10/6. The scan indicates that it left the facility on10/9 at 6:23am but then returned to that facility on 1:56pm the same day... and there has been no update since then. I checked the weather in Commerce City and it does not appear that there are issues there, but maybe between there and here in Oregon... or... it might be on its way and the scanning just hasn't captured it!

The other package is supposed to come FedEx - the information on it indicates that they anticipated receiving it on Sunday from the shipper, and it has a scheduled delivery of 10/11 still, but... it doesn't look like it has started on its way yet! Oy!

We may have the shippers re-direct the packages to an address further down the road or we may change up plans for the next several days to stay here a bit longer... yet to decide for these nomads!
