A followup on the challenges of marshmallow farming

A few weeks ago I posted a link to a (fake) news story about the challenges of marshmallow farming.

Dwayne and I have noted a couple of examples of what we think are products of poor production of marshmallows, probably due to too much rain at the wrong time...

Reddish tinge - they are trying to market it as "Red Velvet" but we suspect it is just hiding poor quality product.

Notice the brown coloration - again, they are trying to pawn them off as "Gingerbread" and "Great for Baking" but probably at the root is just inferior product.

and Yes, this is all a farce!!!
