And the subject is: chocolate!

Several years ago, we participated in a chocolate tasting on Kauai at Steelgrass Farm. Patti had done some tastings with other friends through the years, but a number of the ladies here joined up and we tasted some dark chocolates this afternoon. No flavorings in the chocolates - most of them were just cocoa, sugar, and vanilla. Amazing the different tastes, and how each lady tasted different things in each chocolate!
