Patti was trying to find a shortcut to our neighborhood in Yuma coming from Fortuna Road... she ended up in a nice little neighborhood that had these very interesting grass plots in front of about half of the houses:

| Does that mean that the seller can advertise that they have a grass yard? And how much watering does it take to have grass in that tiny space? Does it double as a putting green? |
