A relatively quiet Sunday

After lots of driving around the island the past couple of days, we decided to stay "home" today. We enjoyed joining with our church family at MacArthur Boulevard Baptist via livestream.

This afternoon, Dwayne washed the Jeep and the front of Miss Doozie (lots of bugs had attacked in the past few days of driving).

We had acquired a sealant to put into the screw holes that are holding the storage pods on the roof - our suspicion is that one or more of them may be contributing to a leak that comes into our toilet area of the bathroom (only *sometimes* when it rains - it also seems to be related to how level or not we are - the more precisely level, the more likely we will have a leak when it rains). Since it was a nice day, sunny but not too hot, we decided to try to accomplish that sealing today.

We decided not to try to take the pods off and seal, but rather to just take a few screws loose at a time, put the sealant into the holes, and around the screws, and hope that it would help...

Sealant done, contents replaced in the pods, all secured on the roof!

We have quite a lovely spot here at Cavendish campground in Prince Edward Island National Park.

The space is plenty long that we could park the Jeep either at the back or the front (it is a pull-through). There are trees separating the spaces - probably about 20' between spaces. They caution on their booking that the sites are narrow and may be hard to back into or to get slides out. We didn't have any problem getting pulled in and I think we could have backed in fine also, and, of course, we don't have any issue with slides!
