At Willow Grove Park

I've been at Willow Grove Park almost two weeks (their stay limit is 14 days out of 30) - I'm leaving tomorrow (Friday) for Gladewater where I'll meet up with a Coaches for Christ Rally that starts Monday.

It is a beautiful sunny day today...
Miss Doozie in site 8, which is the furthest site from the entrance and has the front of the RV facing the lake...

The view of the lake straight in front...

This is the view straight out from the side - there is a pavilion across the road that is used most weekends. At this end of the park, there is a porta-pottie that you can see on the right side of the picture across the road. There is a bath-house at the other end of the park (no pictures of it).

Looking across the road and a little to the back - there is an arm of the lake that goes a little ways that way too - and a pier that people fish off of. You may be able to see a tent on the left side of the porta-pottie and the dumpster just right of center across the campground road. This is a really nice location - with lake views about 270 degrees!
In the grassy area between Miss Doozie and the road there are wildflowers...

...they are wee little flowers - like a nickel size for the diameter of the blooms...

...some purple ones too...

beauty in miniature!

The park gets a bit busy on nice weekends, so I am kind of glad to be heading out on Friday. Especially at this end of the park, people are parked all around and it would be very hard to get Miss Doozie out if I were trying to leave during the day on the weekend.
