Barn Cat luxuriating in the dairy barn

A few months ago, a calico cat showed up around the dairy barn. She was skittish, but seemed to be ok around people, just didn't really want them touching her.

She has mellowed quite a lot, now enjoying being around people as long as they are only using one hand to pet her. She is still skittish about being picked up.

In the hot weather, she likes lying in the dairy barn under the ceiling fan!

She likes to be up high - here she is on the stanchion.

She is a sweet kitty, and it is nice having a kitty in the barn. She may need to have a name change, though, as she also likes being on the deck of the house, and inside when it is chilly, or there are dangerous creatures around going "bump" in the night!
