And just that quickly....

The house was to officially go onto the market today. Our realtor showed it yesterday, and the couple who saw it were very drawn to the house. They wrote us a personal letter, through our realtor, explaining about themselves and sharing their heart for God's will. Their note echoed almost exactly the words that we had been praying for the new owners stewards of the house - words we had only spoken to each other and to God! They were also making a very good offer to us - so we prayed about it and have accepted their offer. We just finished signing the contract with them. So... the property was to be placed on the market for a very short time today, and almost immediately set up as under contract.

They will still have 10 days to have an inspection done, and could back out after that if there are major issues of which they are unaware, but... Lord willing, that won't happen.
