| "Honey, there's a house outside the bus!" |
We drove up into the DFW area today and stopped by the house in Coppell to
determine what things yet need to be done to get it ready to go on the
market. Our tenants left
the house in good shape; our realtor walked through the house about a
month ago with a guy who will be coming on Monday who will be doing interior
painting and swapping out of outdated appliances (the oven and microwave
are from when the house was built in the mid 1980s, and though *I*
would continue using them, I guess buyers might think they are dated).

| We were pleased to see that the outside plantings look pretty
good - maybe just some mulch and seasonal color needed in the two beds by the front sidewalk. |

| The roses along the back fence are looking good too. |
