The house should get listed TOMORROW!!! There is an open house scheduled for Saturday afternoon.

We are ready to stop commuting with working people! How people do this every day, I don't know!
We will head to the house tomorrow to meet the pest control folks and let them into the house, and to meet the guy who will check out the sprinkler system, and we will try to work on one of the gates - it needs a support board replaced and a couple of pickets replaced. I stained the support board and the pickets today - hopefully that task will go quickly!
