Getting the sprinkler system valve fixed

We were so thankful that Mr Sharp could come out today and work on the sprinkler system valve that was leaking.

First Mr Sharp needed to determine where the valve was buried - so he turned on the water again and felt where the water was bubbling up.

Then he had to dig down a foot or so to expose the valve.

He got it fixed and the system is back working again! Hurrah!

The new owners have an inspector coming on Friday. We are praying that there are no major issues found...
