And, just like that, we're "house-less"!

Today was the day to close on the sale of the home in Coppell, TX, where we lived for 25 years. We purchased it in April, 1990, and moved into the bus in October, 2015. We had folks who were living in the house and helping us with expenses the past year and a half, but we realized that we were not being good stewards of the property that God had allowed us to have, and decided mid last year that we needed to sell the house. We returned to the Dallas area in April to finish getting it ready to sell.

Our realtor, a member of the same church family as we are, gave us wonderful guidance on what we should do to get the house ready to sell. It turned out looking great! We had been praying for the new owners of the house for a while, and wow, did God ever deliver a wonderful couple to be the new stewards of that property! They are such a sweet couple, and share such a sweet love for our Father. We are so blessed that they found the same realtor that was handling the sale of the house for us, and that he was able to show it to them, even before it was "officially" on the market, and that they realized that this was where God wanted them too. The whole process has been SUCH a blessing!

Jarrod and Elizabeth were in the process of signing papers before we got to the Title office. When they were done, the first one we saw was young Josiah - he was happy to be finished with signing!!!

Here we are - happy new owners, happy sellers, and happy realtor!

Aren't they a beautiful family?!?!? We are SO excited for them and to see what God will be doing in their lives!
