As we were coming in to Nashville, there was an HOV lane. It
had the normal “HOV-2” signs, but it also had signs indicating “Inherently Low
Emission Vehicles Allowed”. Huh?

Turns out, I guess that is a rating of vehicles, maybe by
some states, anyway.
I don’t think Miss Daisy is an Inherently Low Emission
Vehicle…
