Moving day!

After being at Cactus Blossom RV Retreat for a month, it was time to move on, so we settled up today and headed out....
We had to pay for the electric we had used for the month - Mark came over and calculated what we owed, and then we headed out.

Another picture of the truck we had seen down the road from us...

It was a Ford...

Picture taken out the window of Miss Doozie...

As we headed east on Interstate 8, there is a point where the eastbound and westbound lanes cross...

That's westbound I-8 going overtop

On the other side, we came into a beautiful valley...

The other bridge of I-8 westbound crossing over the eastbound lanes.

Pretty valley - looks like they may grow produce and grain.

We stopped for a bite to eat and a truck with dual flatbed trailers carrying hay stopped next to us... and into the exit lane a bit...

The driver hopped out and tightened all the ratcheting tie-downs (he had just walked around the back).

And then he headed out...

Clearing the exit ramp so we could head out too!
We're checked in to A-Bar-A Campground in Marana, just north of Tucson, for a few nights, before heading to the FMCA Rally in Chandler, Arizona on Sunday.
It is quite a bit drier here now than when we were here in January (http://trekincartwrights.blogspot.com/2017/01/does-it-rain-in-desert.html) - thankful for that!!!
