Reversing Rapids - Part 2 - high tide versus low tide

We went back to the locations that we had visited yesterday at low tide to see them today at high tide (there have been an intervening high and low tide that we missed because they happened when it was dark).
Low tide, the river is flowing from left to right under the bridge - note the rock exposed and the rapids flowing around it on the far side of the bridge.
High tide, the bay is flowing from right to left under the bridge. The rock is almost totally covered and the rapids are flowing "upstream" under the bridge.

From the Fallsview overlook at low tide - the river is flowing from right to left, rapids clearly in evidence.

About the same location at high tide, the bay is pushing up into the river, any wave motion has been reversed - the water is flowing from left to right.
It is hard to tell the direction of flow in the still pictures - check out our video: https://youtu.be/E5ddVzMTDHk

And, to satisfy day 4 of the 7 day "picture with your sweetie" challenge on Facebook from cousin Irene,
Dwayne and Patti getting baptized by W.A. Criswell and O.S. Hawkins at Yardent in the River Jordan, July, 1994.
