Thousand Trails - Colorado River

In our quest for warmer temperatures, we have landed for a few nights at the Thousand Trails - Colorado River, just outside Columbus, Texas. It is a pretty resort, and since we've already paid for the membership for the year, it doesn't cost us anything extra. In fact, staying here for 4 nights brings our effective rate for each night at Thousand Trails down to $7.75/night for 2016.
Set up at campsite

There are sites right across the road, but they are just water/electric, so no one is on them at this point.

The river is in view behind the rigs that are down the road from us.

The view out the front window - no one in the sites right across the road. There are rigs in the full hookup sites up the hill.
There is quite a herd of deer here at the campground. They come around in the morning and evening.
