Vintage Birds Rally

After a much too quick stop at the farm, we are in Williamsburg at the Vintage Birds Rally for 5 nights. We got to do a couple of feedings of the "teenagers" across the road, and I got to do one feeding of a Jersey/Herford steer calf .... but we'll be back on the farm when the rally is done and looking forward to our time there.

We had the opening reception at the Vintage Birds Rally Monday evening and have enjoyed meeting some new folks. Looking forward to getting to know more Bluebirders while we're here!

I have only one picture from the farm... niece-by-love Kendra brought the Jersey cows back from the fair and she expertly backed the stock trailer into the area where it needed to go - "threading a needle" I would call it --- I was SO impressed! She confessed that she wasn't sure she was going to be able to do it and was very pleased with her success!

She did it! Great job!!!
