We left the cool comfort of 7200' elevation near Mayhill and have returned back down to about 3600', staying in Roswell, NM for a few days. We were able to go out to dinner with our friends, Nancy and Burton, this evening, but I forgot to take pictures!
We are thankful to have air conditioners that are working well - and they are getting a workout! But it was only in the low 90s here this afternoon, and is predicted to get down into the high 50s overnight. Tomorrow will be similar, but then there is a chance of rain on Sunday and Monday. Burton told us that the last rain they had was in September... so they are hoping that the chance resolves into reality!
